I’m Australian. I’m 50 something years old. I’m deeply attached to my lovely, rose coloured french randonneur bicycle with which I partake in the tradition of long distance cycle touring. 

Important to note. I am not a camper, in my mind ruling cycle touring out of my reach.  My husband (bike frame builder extraordinaire) had other ideas, introducing me to the quite the bourgeoise version of touring which goes a bit like this.
